“We can attach you, get treated here if you want. But the doctor will not come if you call at home. The doctor makes a detour only in the area assigned to him.

I decided that the argument was weighty - I just wanted to call the doctor at home. I had to go to polyclinic No. 3, the existence of which I had never heard of. The total loss of time from leaving the house to the reception desk of the third polyclinic I need is 40 minutes.

This is enough to get a card. The child, accordingly, needs a birth certificate, a parent's passport and a compulsory health insurance policy.

And also a certain “refusal to be treated at the polyclinic at the place of permanent registration”, which puzzled me - why then all this healthcare reform, if you have to go to the polyclinic by registration? And if I am registered in Vladivostok, but I want to receive medical care in Moscow or in Kaliningrad in general? Naturally, I gave photocopies and "scored" on it. All naturally do not care. The services of the polyclinic can be used immediately after registration, the process takes 10 minutes, taking into account the queue at the reception.

How to call a doctor at home

It turns out that now you can call a doctor at home only by a special phone, they don’t write in the registry. They made a single city call center. Accordingly, you can find out the phone number of your local medical call center at the clinic reception or on Google. I did not find a way to call a doctor at home via the Internet for free, it seems like this service is at the implementation stage yet.

I must say that I have never called a doctor at home on my own, the doctor came home only from the children's clinic when I was little. I had big doubts that someone would actually come. However, the doctor came just 3 hours later and opened my sick leave. But then I still had to go to the clinic to clarify the diagnosis (chickenpox was confirmed).

How to sign up for a clinic via the Internet - 2 ways

There are two ways to book an appointment with a doctor online. Both of them are integrated through the common system of public services. This service belongs to regional health services.

Method number 1. Government Services Portal

On the central portal of the State Services, you can go to the section "Catalogue of services - the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation - an appointment for an example to a doctor." Here is a direct link. To work directly with the State Services portal, you need to get access by mail or at a Rostelecom branch by writing an application.

In connection with the commissioning of a new version of the service "Maintaining a schedule of appointments for specialists and an electronic appointment with a doctor", not all medical organizations have transferred schedules to the Unified Portal of Public Services. As the transfer of schedules by medical organizations is completed, the record through the EPGU will be fully restored for all medical organizations and doctors. In the absence of information at your request, we recommend that you contact the registry of the medical organization for clarification on alternative methods of recording. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience!"

Simply put, the service is still running. If you do not have access to the federal portal of public services, you can use other methods. To do this, you only need the CHI policy number.

Method number 2. Regional portal of medical services

Each region has its own site. For example, you can make an appointment with a doctor in Moscow through emias.info. And in the Moscow region - uslugi.mosreg.ru. According to the statistics of the Moscow portal, it has been operating for almost 4 years and has processed more than 5 million hits. Muscovites turned out to be more advanced in mastering the electronic registry of polyclinics.

On some portals, you can download a mobile application for a smartphone to make an appointment with a doctor. Google will help you find your regional portal. Enter a query like "make an appointment with a doctor in my area."

Since I didn’t know all this, I just went to the clinic’s website and found a link to the electronic registry of the Moscow region. To enter, you will need the CHI policy number and date of birth. To make an appointment with a doctor, you need to attach yourself to a polyclinic (see above). I was surprised that in addition to the district polyclinic and the one to which I had just attached, there was a rather extensive list of polyclinics and hospitals to which I was attached by default. Apparently, attachment automatically goes to the district, and not to a specific clinic, in order to give doctors the opportunity to quickly serve patients and send them for examinations. As I noted above, waiting times have generally been significantly reduced. Time stamps have their advantage. However, vestiges of the past still remain. I chose free time via the Internet according to the schedule of a specialist, printed out a coupon and did not waste time waiting. But in the queue to the next office, I managed to watch such a scene.

A girl comes with a child, asks: “Is it free in the doctor’s office? I made an appointment online for this time. They tell her: “Wait with your ticket, there is a live queue!”. So she stayed in line.

When I was already closing the sick leave in connection with chickenpox, I discovered inflammation of atheroma. Atheroma is such an internal pimple that cannot be squeezed out on its own, it can only be removed surgically. Armed with new knowledge, I made an appointment via the Internet for an appointment with a surgeon at a polyclinic. The surgeon looked and said that he would not cut here, sent me to the hospital.

I had no idea where this hospital was. While looking, I got on my lunch break. So, everything about everything, from going to the clinic, getting a card in the hospital (together with the search and waiting for dinner) to the operation, it took 3 hours.
