To start, take a flat tray, line it with parchment paper, and sprinkle water on top of it. Roll small identical balls from the previously made homemade minced meat and put them on the prepared tray. Then, each of them must be rolled in wheat flour or bread crumbs and put on a frying pan hot with butter.

Once one side of the patties is well done, flip them over and cook for the same amount of time. Watch the cutlets carefully - they should not be too fat or too overcooked. Ready!
