Pumpkin jam

A huge number of different dishes can be prepared from pumpkin. Usually, I stew it, make porridge out of it and make jam. Today, I want to invite you to cook pumpkin jam in a slow cooker. Usually, oranges and lemons are added to this jam, and we will add pear and lingonberries. Pumpkin jam with pear and lingonberry turns out to be very tasty, sweet, tender and aromatic. Pumpkin, pear and lingonberry are just perfect blends. I hope you enjoy it too!

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin - 600 grams;
  • Pear - 1 piece;
  • Lingonberry - 1 tablespoon;
  • Granulated sugar - 800 grams;
  • Citric acid is on the tip of a knife.

Recipe preparation process

To make pumpkin jam we will use pumpkin, pear, lingonberry, granulated sugar and citric acid.

Put the lingonberries in the pan.

We peel the pear and cut it into small cubes and put it in a slow cooker.

Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. We also cut it into small cubes and put it in a saucepan.

Then add granulated sugar and citric acid. On a slow cooker, set the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes. Next, turn off the pan and infuse the jam for 6 hours.
